In need of some heat in Memphis, TN? Try “Plant Based Heat” on Highland Street in Memphis, TN. I arrived after hours, but the owner, Ralph Johnson, was nice enough to hook me up with some side orders despite the kitchen being closed. After I downed the vegan Mac & Cheese, baked beans, and cole slaw in my car, I was kind of wishing that I had doubled my order. Good food, and a nice group of people. The Bottom line? A thumbs up!
