You don’t have to go to Foshan, China for a delicious plant-based Chinese meal, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood, I would recommend Ma don Tzeng. Friendly staff, all you can drink complimentary tea, and 4 tasty dishes for less than $20!

This was my 4th trip to China, and I have to say that for the most part, I feel more comfortable there, than I do in the US.
Home to Bruce Lee, and Ip Man, I was surprised to learn that Foshan has a population that exceeds 9.6 million, which is considerably more than New York City (8.2 million)! Needless to say, I love China, and Foshan. 🙂
