• Traditional western nutrition dogma has deemed animal protein “high quality” because it is close in composition to human flesh
• This notion grows out of the faulty assumption that it is a priori best to consume proteins that have a similar composition to our own tissues
• The logical extension of that line of reasoning is Cannibalism!
• Cow, pig, chicken, and/or fish flesh is NOT human flesh
• The largest, strongest land animals are all strict herbivores, so it is NOT necessary to “eat flesh to make flesh”
• The best human flesh is made by providing our bodies with adequate appropriate amino acids and adequate energy from the most healthful protein sources
• Aggregate medical research strongly suggests that plant proteins promote the BEST “overall” health for humans
